Rishtio is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for all users, including people with disabilities. We strive to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standards and continuously improve the user experience for everyone.

Rishtio includes the following accessibility features: • Screen reader compatibility with proper ARIA labels and roles. • Keyboard navigation support for all interactive elements. • Sufficient color contrast ratios for text and interactive elements. • Text resizing support without loss of content or functionality. • Focus indicators for keyboard navigation. • Alternative text for images. • Clear and consistent navigation throughout the app. • Accessible form labels and error messages.

While we strive for full accessibility, some areas may have limitations: • Certain third-party integrations (e.g., location search) may have limited accessibility support. • Some AI-generated content may not have full semantic markup. • Older uploaded images may lack alternative text descriptions. We are actively working to address these limitations and improve accessibility across all features.

Rishtio is designed to work with common assistive technologies including: • Screen readers (VoiceOver on iOS/macOS, TalkBack on Android, NVDA and JAWS on Windows). • Voice control and speech recognition software. • Screen magnification tools. • Alternative input devices. We regularly review and update our accessibility practices. Our ongoing efforts include periodic accessibility audits, training for our development team on accessible design practices, incorporating accessibility requirements into our development process, and engaging with users with disabilities to understand their needs.
