AI Usage Disclosure

Stone Roses Circle Co operates Rishtio, an AI-powered matrimony product. AI supports profile writing review, search, ranking, summaries, suggestions, and Rishtio Select. Users and families remain the decision-makers. Rishtio does not offer a separate non-AI mode.

AI helps interpret natural-language searches, create editable filters and search names, generate profile embeddings and summaries, suggest searches, and rank candidates for Rishtio Select. For Search Ideas, Azure OpenAI receives explicit partner-search text, pinned saved searches, and a bounded recent search history with server-compiled search criteria. It does not receive candidate inventory, chat messages, identity documents, photos, contact details, or general profile narratives for Search Ideas. The service returns editable query options in the requested interface language and compiles them through the same search-understanding contract used for typed searches. For writing review, Azure OpenAI receives a changed, non-empty About Me, What Matters to Me, or Family Background draft when you choose Save, plus the interface language, field name, and whether you are writing for yourself or someone else. Core Values and an empty Family Background are not sent for writing review. Reviewed narrative text is saved only after the model returns READY and the server confirms that it matches the reviewed draft. Select surfaces profiles for review; it does not contact people or make relationship decisions.

AI may process the profile details, narratives, search text, saved preferences, and relevant profile context you provide. Rishtio stores derived embeddings, summaries, Search Ideas and their compiled search criteria, review results, extracted search fields and names, and ranking scores until they are replaced, no longer needed, or deleted with the account. Search Ideas refresh after seven days for active profiles, remain available for up to 30 days during recovery, and can be removed individually. Identity documents, chat messages, and contact details are not sent to Azure OpenAI for profile or preference embeddings.

Microsoft Azure OpenAI processes the disclosed AI inputs in East US. Microsoft states that customer prompts, outputs, and embeddings are not available to other customers or OpenAI and are not used to train foundation models without permission. Microsoft may review content flagged for abuse under its service terms. Azure AI Content Safety checks ordinary profile photos before publication. Azure AI Document Intelligence processes identity documents after the profile subject submits them. Face verification is disabled.

You decide what profile text to submit, which optional details to provide, which search filters to use, and whom to contact. Select turns on automatically when your profile is ready, and you can turn it off at any time. When you choose Save, eligible changed narrative drafts are reviewed, and only a READY draft that the server confirms matches the reviewed text is saved. Text that needs changes remains unsaved. A helper cannot accept these agreements for you, and a profile you have not accepted is not processed by these AI features. Rishtio does not promise that a person reviews every AI output. Staff review reported content and safety matters where the product provides that process.

AI can misread context, omit information, produce inaccurate or offensive text, and reflect bias. Similarity and Select scores do not measure character, safety, compatibility, or the likelihood of a successful relationship. Photo moderation and identity verification are narrow safety and document checks, not criminal background checks or guarantees about a person.

Use the in-app flag to report an offensive summary, suggestion, or writing-review result. Automated photo-safety and document checks can block content or a verification attempt without a person reviewing it first. You can ask us to review either result at support@rishtio.com. Do not send passwords, tokens, identity documents, or biometric captures. Rishtio does not use AI to decide legal rights or similarly significant matters on its own.

We will update the Terms, Privacy Policy, and this disclosure when a material new provider, data category, or purpose is introduced, and we will take any additional steps required by applicable law.
