1. Zero Tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation

Rishtio prohibits child sexual abuse material (CSAM), child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), grooming or enticement, sextortion, child trafficking, sexualization of minors, and real, edited, or generated sexual imagery involving a minor. Attempts to solicit, trade, distribute, normalize, or facilitate this conduct are prohibited.

2. Rishtio Is Strictly 18+

Every Rishtio account and profile must be for a person who is at least 18 years old. A parent, relative, assistant, or other person may not create or operate a profile for anyone under 18. We may restrict an account while staff reviews an under-age report.

3. Report Without Copying Material

Use “Report profile or user” and choose the closest child-safety category. Do not email, upload, download, screenshot, save, or forward suspected files. Provide identifiers or context only when it is safe to do so. Child-safety reports do not accept attachments and are kept out of support, GitHub, MCP, and AI workflows.

4. Immediate Danger

If a child or any other person is in immediate danger, call 911 or local police now. Reporting to Rishtio does not contact emergency services and is not a substitute for contacting law enforcement.

5. NCMEC CyberTipline

You may report suspected online child sexual exploitation directly to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children at https://report.cybertip.org/. Do not download or forward material to make a report.

6. TAKE IT DOWN

If an intimate image was taken when the person depicted was under 18, NCMEC’s TAKE IT DOWN service may help limit online sharing: https://takeitdown.ncmec.org/. Follow its on-device process; do not download or ask someone to send an image you do not already have on your device.

7. Rishtio Review, Preservation, and Reporting

Rishtio may immediately stop display or distribution of selected content and restrict account access while trained staff review a report. A user report, an under-age allegation, or an automated score alone is not treated as a legal determination or an automatic CyberTip. Authorized staff record actual-knowledge determinations, applicable reporting deadlines and confirmations, preservation holds, access, release, and destruction.

8. Child Safety Contact

Legal entity: LEGAL_OWNER_REQUIRED_LEGAL_ENTITY_NAME Address: LEGAL_OWNER_REQUIRED_LEGAL_ENTITY_ADDRESS Named child-safety officer: LEGAL_OWNER_REQUIRED_NAMED_CHILD_SAFETY_OFFICER Child-safety contact: LEGAL_OWNER_REQUIRED_CSAE_POINT_OF_CONTACT These explicit legal-owner sentinels intentionally block public store submission until the legal entity, address, named officer, and monitored contact are approved.
