Terms of Service

Stone Roses Circle Co ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates Rishtio, a matrimony product and related service ("Rishtio" or the "Service"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and the Company when you create an account or use the Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Rishtio. You separately acknowledge the Privacy Policy, which serves as our Privacy Notice.

You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter this agreement, and permitted to use the Service where you live. Rishtio is currently offered nationwide in the United States. You may create a profile for yourself or help an adult family member only with that person's knowledge and permission. You may not use the Service while suspended or after being banned.

Keep your account information accurate and your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity through your account and must tell us promptly about unauthorized access. A helper-created profile stays private until the adult profile subject signs in, accepts the account agreement and managed-profile disclosure, chooses helper permissions, and decides whether to publish. The subject must add the first profile photo and complete identity verification. Helpers cannot accept agreements, control the subject's sign-in, or complete verification for them. The subject can keep the profile private, unpublish it, or change or revoke helper access.

Do not use Rishtio to: • Misrepresent yourself or another person, create unauthorized or duplicate accounts, or submit false information. • Harass, threaten, stalk, exploit, discriminate against, or deceive anyone. • Solicit money, financial credentials, gifts, or commercial business. • Post unlawful, sexually exploitative, violent, defamatory, privacy-invasive, or infringing content. • Scrape the Service, use unauthorized automation, disrupt security, or bypass access, moderation, or verification controls. • Violate another person's rights or any applicable law. We may remove content or restrict or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for people or the Service.

You keep ownership of content you submit. You give the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, reproduce, display, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot Rishtio and to follow your sharing choices. We do not use your content to train foundation models. This license ends when the content is deleted, except where another user retains a lawful copy or we must keep limited records for safety or legal reasons. Identity documents and other private verification files are processed only for their stated purpose and are not covered by a public-display license. You must have the rights and permissions needed for every item you submit.

AI is part of Rishtio's profile, writing-review, search, ranking, summary, suggestion, and photo-safety features. Rishtio does not offer a separate non-AI mode. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or offensive and does not predict compatibility or relationship outcomes. You and your family decide what to share, which preferences to use, whom to contact, and what relationship decisions to make. See the AI Usage Disclosure for details.

Identity document verification is required before protected actions such as discovery, introductions, and match communication. Settings, support, profile management, and legal pages remain available before approval. Processing starts only when the profile subject chooses and uploads an allowed government document; a helper cannot do this for them. An identity badge means only that the configured document check was completed at that time. Face verification remains unavailable. Rishtio does not conduct criminal background checks, and verification does not establish character, intent, truthfulness, compatibility, or safety.

The Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, why we use it, which service providers receive it, how long we keep it, and how to exercise available privacy rights. It also covers required AI features, first-party analytics, profile-photo safety checks, and identity-document processing. Optional profile fields may be left blank or deleted.

You may delete your account through Settings. We may restrict or terminate access for violations, safety risks, fraud, legal requirements, or threats to the Service. Account deletion revokes access and removes the profile from use while deletion work continues in the background. The Privacy Policy explains the limited safety, dispute, backup, and legal-hold records that may remain.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the Service, user interactions, user content, unauthorized access, interruptions, or AI output. Rishtio is free at launch. These limits apply only where enforceable and do not waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold the Company and its affiliates harmless from third-party claims, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or another person's rights.

Applicable United States federal and state law governs these Terms without taking away non-waivable protections in your state. Before filing a claim, you and the Company agree to try in good faith to resolve it through written notice. If that does not work, either party may bring an eligible claim in a court of competent jurisdiction, including small-claims court. These Terms do not require arbitration or waive jury-trial or class rights.

We may update these Terms. We will post the new text and effective date and provide additional notice when required. Notice explains the change; it is not acceptance on your behalf. Material changes apply prospectively where permitted by law. If you do not want to continue under updated Terms, you may stop using Rishtio and delete your account before that date.

If a provision of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect, and the affected provision will be limited only as much as necessary.
